Saying Good-bye

Today is a day of remembering, of thinking back to time of tragedy and heartache for our country. For those dear families who lost loved ones on 9/11, I can only say, “I grieve over your devastating loss”. We all pray God will continue to comfort and heal that painful wound of memory.

Most of us have a time in our lives when we suffer the grief of loss. But for those of us who believe, we look forward to that day when we will see our loved ones again, in that eternal place called “Heaven”.

Jesus understood that we who remain in this life would suffer the anxiety of separation. “Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted” (Matthew 5:4). Until we all gather at His throne, I pray you will walk through this life with hope and peace.

May you be blessed, Donna
